Happy St Patrick’s Day (in advance).
Pistachio cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
(It was a nightmare trying to find a recipe for these. All I could find were american recipes, and Americans insist on using Cake Mixes! In the end I used a pecan cupcake recipe I already had, and they turned out great.
Cake mixes should be illegal, or at least to write it as an ingredient in a recipe.)
